Glimmer

Someone I know went on a date last night. It was a good date. Finally. It was one where she actually thought, "This could be good. Real good." He was cute, never married, no kids, seemed intelligent, politically on the same page, AND a church goer. "Shut up!" as Stacy from What Not to Wear would say when things look better than anyone ever thought possible.

Dinner with drinks at Chewy's followed by yummy dessert at the Dessert Factory. Yum Yum. She'll have to work out twice as hard for the next few days to work off all of the calories, but she thinks it was worth it.

She's already thinking of schemes of how to get him and his small group from his church to move over to Southwest Central. Always thinking of the larger picture, this one is.
